La Galotiere – Le Classique (33cl) – 5%ABV 

Le Classique, made by La Galotiere, as its name estates, is a classic. It is the same Fermier Biologique  brut, a Natural brut cider from Galotiere. This cider was the most sold since CiderCider start, for more than 10 years. Nicely dry, fresh and delicious as an aperitif. This cider also does very well as a food companion! This cider is certified organic and contains 5% alcohol.

La Galotiere – Le Gaillard (33cl) – 7,5% ABV

La Galotiere, one of the most traditional brings us with something very different from what you expect from a traditional cidre from  Normandie.

This cider was produced with very sweet apples that fermented for a long time resulting in a high alcoholic cider with low residual sugar. Le Gaillard is a strong cider, with a beautiful amber color, complex and rich flavors from the natural fermentation. Tannic, red berries and hay are some of the most evident flavors. Organic cider.

Val de Rance – Cru Breton Bio (25cl) – 4% ABV

Made from cider apples from organic farming, this blend of sweet, bitter sweet, and sour apples gives it a nose with slightly stewed apple aromas. On the palate, the attack is supple with a creamy evolution and a tannic touch, with a fresher finish thanks to the tart apples. Organic Cider.
