Lightship – Ceci ne pas un poisson (appel en rood fruit pet-nat)

This cider was made to save fruits rejected by supermarkets. They were transformed into this pink, crispy, aromatic
and funky cider. This pet-nat presents a good acidity, some smoky and fruity notes, especially from the raspberries.
